Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will collaborate with a wide group of Learning, Talent and HR Professionals and the Business. Your missions will be the following :

  • Responsible for Implementation of a new Digital Learning Platform (Learning Experience Platform – LXP)
  • Internal expert, focal point and trainer on the digital Learning Platform (LXP)
  • Responsible for the continuous adoption and sustainability of LXP including long-term Communication and change management plan
  • Expert and senior advisor in Instructional Designing & Learning Architecture
  • Co-develop and implement our Digital/Online Content Strategy
  • Oversee and support our Learning Content Management and content curation.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of online learning content production and governance
  • Focal point/project manager for external Content Development agencies
  • In collaboration with Head of Learning, managing the contingent workers Learning pool (trainers, content developers e.t.c.)
  • Active researcher, champion and advisor for new Online training trends, methodologies, tools, providers….to support both our clients: the internal Learning team (capability plan) and business stakeholders.
  • Expected to have 10+ years of professional experience in Online Learning ideally within a multinational company environment.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in similar position with expertise in the areas described.
  • Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs, designing and rolling out programs addressing the needs
  • Depth of experience in Online Instructional Designing, Learning Architecture, Digital Learning Platforms and Technology Enhanced Learning is a must.
  • Innovative thinker able to bring cutting edge learning solutions to the organization
  • Proactive and able Ensures alignment with other aeras of the Talent CoE and overall HR
  • A focused driver with a solution orientated approach and ability to deliver business centric outcomes
  • Passionate about online solutions development to meet stakeholders needs, strong communicator, structured yet flexible, with ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Excellent project and program management skills and orientation for developing high quality products in a timely manner.

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)

  • MS Office proficient
  • Technology Savvy
  • HRIS, LMS, LXP Knowledge.  Knowledge on Workday, SSFF, Percipio, Degreed, or similar is a plus.
  • Content Design, instructional Design, Learning Architecture knowledge.
  • Online tools management as: Author tools (Articulate, IsEasy,…is  a plus), Gamification, video editors, infographics (Canvas, )….
  • High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
  • Facilitation, training experience a strong plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Other languages an additional but not necessary plus.
