- Create and issue BC 4.0/BC 2.7 in CEISA 4.0 system for all incoming raw materials, consumable, and spare part as per regulation PMK 65/2021 for
- Review correctness of draft BC 4.0/BC 2.7 and its final document for incoming CPO
- Create and issue BC 4.1 in CEISA 4.0 for all local outgoing finish product
- Communicate with customs officer for obtaining approval of releasing truck of local outgoing finish product in relation with BC 4.1 issuance
- Communicate with customs officer for closing BC 4.0/BC 4.1/BC 2.7 documents
- Filing all BC documents issued (BC document, SPPB, SPPD) and all supporting documents in a systematic and orderly manner
- Send email to IT inventory vendor for BC documents issuance on CEISA 4.0 to be updated/input in IT Inventory
- Assist in providing documents that required for audit purpose for both tax audit and internal audit
Experience
Experience |
- Graduate from bachelor's degree or diploma in any major, Logistic or Supply Chain are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or customs systems (e.g., CEISA 4.0)
- Prior experience in administration, logistics, or customs documentation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and BC documentation.
- English Language (Active or Passive)
