Downstream OEM Quality Manager

Summary:

Develop ,support and manage OEM projects/plants as quality and food safety representative

The OEM projects/plants include NFC juice , Coffee extract and concentrate Roasted and Ground Coffee,

Liquid sugar, etc.

Take the assigned tasks for oilseeds industry quality to support the quick business expansion needs

1. OEM sourcing audit, and regular or fly auditing
2. Technical support for the OEM production process management
3. Make and make sure the technical and quality standard/requirements are cascaded down to OEM plants
4. Manage OEM quality performance to ensure OEM QC and final products are met various standards and specifications
5. Monitor the quality for OEM, complaint treatment and improvement

Handling the quality complaints from customers and push the correct and corrective actions from OEMs. (such as labeling, leakage, damage, foreign matter, hygiene ,contamination and regulation issue, etc. )

1. Regular review OEM Quality KPI and food safety performance, and push the quality improvement and eliminate the risk of food safety 
2. Lead the regulation compliance about OEM food safety and quality.
3. Responsible for label content and design for the regulation text.
4. Shelf life monitoring

1. Quality mindset with at least 6 years working experience in Quality Management/Quality Engineer/NPD quality function in beverage industry especially, such as in NFC juice , Coffee extract and concentrate ,liquid sugar, etc.
2. Good knowledge and experience for the beverages production process
3. Good experience for supplier/OEM quality management
4. Good Experience in collaboration with various functional roles (R&D, Procurement, Commercial， Marketing, Suppliers, etc.) to execute action plans for problem-solving and improvements.
5. Knowledge of food safety and nutrition; knowledge of pasteurization ,CIPs, Zoning and Micro control .
6. Good Understanding of food safety System (e.g. FSSC 22000) and Quality Management;
7. Familiar with corresponding functional food regulations;
8. Good On-site quality and food safety audit skill
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills, work well with diverse groups of people and able to function independently of direct supervision;
10. Strong skill to lead change and drive continuous improvement.

Experience工作经历

At least 6 years working experience in Quality Management/Quality Engineer/NPD quality function in beverage industry especially, such as in NFC juice ,Coffee extract and concentrate ,liquid sugar, etc.

Competency能力

On-site quality and food safety audit skill

Good Understanding of food safety System (e.g. FSSC 22000) and Quality Management;

Familiar with corresponding functional food regulations;

Knowledge of pasteurization ,CIPs, Zoning and Micro control

Languages Skills语言技能

Fluent on English communication both verbally and in written.

Any Certifications priority证书

FSSC 22000, BRC ,etc.
