- Develop production plans in line with cargo readiness projections from Traders/Commercial, adjusting for RG-Olein availability and vessel/truck arrival schedules.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and supporting materials necessary for the production process.
- Verify the availability of tank allocations in the tank farm.
- Ensure the quantity of loaded cargo aligns with the request/order (VPO).
- Generate Daily Production Reports (DPR) and Daily Stock Reports for land 1 on a daily basis.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of provided data, including Daily Production Reports and Daily Stock Reports.
- Participate in Monthly Stock Opname, coordinating with the Controller and other users.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet warehouse goals and deadlines.Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Experience
Experience |
D3 graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, MPS, MRP, WHM.
High school graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Proficient in inventory movement and sounding systems.
Experience in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) and Warehouse Management.
Understanding of Receiving-Stock-Outgoing processes.
Ability to perform FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management.
Capable of troubleshooting slow/dead stock issues.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve warehouse goals.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
