  • Manage receiving and outgoing inventory for spare parts, fuel, and chemicals.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure physical stock matches book records.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into Tally, CMMS, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve warehouse objectives.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • D3 graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Packaging operations, or high school graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Packaging operations.
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve Warehouse goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions quickly.
  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficient in operating inventory processes and related racking/pallet systems.
  • Understanding of Receiving-Stock-Outgoing processes.
  • Ability to perform FIFO-FEFO and troubleshoot slow/dead stock issues.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
