- Manage the receipt of raw materials from the biodiesel plant and ensure they are bulked into designated tanks safely and correctly.
- Transfer raw materials from storage tanks to the Refined Glycerin (RG) plant and packaging plant as needed.
- Receive finished products from the RG plant and ensure they are stored correctly.
- Perform product transfers to the bulking facility and conduct inter-tank transfer activities as per instructions.
- Continuously monitor tank levels to prevent overfill situations, taking immediate action if levels approach capacity.
- Load products into trucks for delivery, ensuring accurate handling and compliance with safety protocols.
- Replace bag filters at loading points as needed to maintain product quality.
- Record the quantity of materials transferred at every stage, maintain accurate records, and ensure real-time inventory updates.
- Unload chemicals and raw materials from trucks into designated tanks and warehouse, ensuring correct storage.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines during the handling of hazardous materials and chemical transfers, ensuring compliance with environmental and operational regulations.
Experience
Experience |
- Minimum D3 in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of chemical substances, chemical handling, and mechanical equipment operation.
- Strong mathematical skills for stock calculation and material quantity recording.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling chemicals or monitoring equipment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and fieldwork.
- Possess a strong foundation in mechanical and chemical processes.
