- Accurately cut and remove excess material from molded jerrycans, following specified guidelines and requirements, without causing any damage to the jerrycans.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of jerrycans produced by the blow molding machine, ensuring there are no potential leak points, cracks, or other forms of damage on the body of the jerrycan.
- Perform random leak tests on jerrycans using a mechanical leak tester to ensure each product is leak-free and meets quality standards.
- Sort and separate rejected jerrycans from accepted ones, placing them in designated containment areas to avoid mix-ups.
- Load accepted jerrycans into plastic wraps for protection before storage.
- Stack the wrapped jerrycans onto pallets, ensuring they are secure and ready to be moved to the storage area.
- Accurately document the number of rejected and accepted jerrycans, maintaining clear records for production tracking and quality control purposes.
- Communicate effectively with the machine operator regarding any damage or defects found in the jerrycans, facilitating timely adjustments or repairs to the blow molding process.
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols.
Experience

- Minimum of Senior High School Graduate.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous work experience in operating blow molding machines is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- High attention to detail, particularly in cutting and trimming tasks.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and fieldwork.
- Good understanding of machinery operations.
