-    Procurement processes supported by SAP MM connected to ARIBA solution and FIORI user interface. 
-    Commodities & non-commodities inventory management supported by SAP MM.
-    Equipment repair & maintenance supported by SAP PM. 
-    Production Planning & Execution supported by SAP PP. 
-    Quality inspection process supported by SAP QM. 
-    Sales & distribution process supported by SAP SD. 
-    Transportation management supported by SAP TM. 
In this context of multi-year global ERP programs, Louis Dreyfus is in search of SAP Inventory Management Senior Solution Specialist to support the rollout in Brazil which is one of the largest LDC scopes. 
While developing skills related to LDC’s inventory management business process in S/4 Hana solution, you will have the possibility to become a change agent and play a key role on our ambitious SAP Program.

As a Sr. Solution Specialist, you are the referent for the SAP Inventory Management solution. 
You define and establish target solution, starting from an initial conceptual vision and evolving into a more concrete solution specification. You make high-level design choices according to the business strategy; dictate the standards, guidelines, best practices, and patterns and identify impacts on the information system. You will have to understand business requirements, prepare or review specifications, work effectively with other functional and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all requirements into one/several solutions. 
When specifications are set and solutions defined, you will also ensure the delivery of the solution hand-in-hand with the rest of the team.
In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities:
You are the gatekeeper of the inventory management processes and it integration with the rest of the ecosystem : 
•    Understand the business needs and translate into a solution.
•    With other team members, you design cross processes flows. 
•    Work closely and confidently with various departments. 
•    You are ensuring maintenance and enhancement of your process.
You act as trusted partner for long term & continuous improvement: 
•    Manage business relationship to define target priorities and business value.
•    Ensure communication and be responsible of oneself indicators (measurable KPIs).
•    Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate and perform with the other domains to ensure end-to-end design.
•    Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents.   
You are part of the company that implements worldwide initiatives. You will be onboarded as project team member in S/4 worldwide roadmap.

•    You will be responsible of SAP inventory management processes, including integration with the other flows. 
•    You will be making solution design decisions as an owner of the SAP inventory management solution & processes. 
•    You will manage the business relationship to ensure priority and business value.
•    You will enable long term value by proposing solution improvements. 

6 years proven experience in large IT projects and in an international multi-cultural environment.

 IT Skills
•    Experience in IT best practices. 
•    Good experience in SAP MM (Inventory Management).
•    Basic experience in SAP MM (Procurement) and SAP SD.
•    Basic experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Service, etc.)
•    Good experience in SAP Fiori. 
•    Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
•    Good experience on full SAP rollout project lifecycle. 

Business Skills 
•    Good source to contract and procure to pay business processes understanding. 
•    Basic experience in soft commodity trading practices. 

Soft Skills
•    Great relationship and ability to work with multiple teams.
•    Ability and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team. 
•    Ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions.
•    Ability to demonstrate Critical Thinking.
•    Strong analysis, synthesis & communication capacity (written & oral).
