• Manage the inventory in LDC’s warehouse in Phu My/Cai Mep area
  Quản lý hàng hóa tại kho của LDC ở khu vực Phú Mỹ/Cái Mép.
• Release Order from HCM office and release to receiver in Phu My/Cai Mep area
  Quản lý lệnh xuất hàng từ văn phòng TP.HCM và chuyển giao cho người nhận tại khu vực Phú Mỹ/Cái Mép.
• To be representative for LDC to arrange join sampling/quality dispute with Buyer/Seller
  Đại diện cho LDC để sắp xếp việc lấy mẫu chung/xử lý tranh chấp chất lượng với Người mua/Người bán.

• To be representative for LDC to working with warehouse/service providers/port for any task that incur at site
  Đại diện cho LDC làm việc với kho, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, cảng về các công việc phát sinh tại hiện trường.
• Reporting of daily delivery quantity and collecting supporting documents for VAT invoice issuance
  Báo cáo số lượng giao hàng hàng ngày và thu thập tài liệu hỗ trợ để xuất hóa đơn VAT

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in commodity trading/marketing agri-products (wheat, corn, soymeal…) and global regulator.
  Tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong giao dịch/tiếp thị hàng hóa nông nghiệp (lúa mì, ngô, khô đậu nành...) và hiểu biết về các quy định toàn cầu.
• Having experience in SAP, ERP, etc. and general accounting knowledge are advantages.
  Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng SAP, ERP, v.v. và kiến thức kế toán tổng quát là lợi thế.
• Having experience in the agriculture commodity
  Có kinh nghiệm trong hàng hóa nông nghiệp.
• Familiar with sustainability standards and traceability processes is a plus

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)

• Understanding of local regulations and customs procedures.
  Hiểu biết về các quy định địa phương và thủ tục hải quan.
• Familiarity with Phu My Cai Mep Port practise of operations and logistics.
  Quen thuộc với các hoạt động và quy trình logistics tại cảng Phú Mỹ Cái Mép.
• Experience working with, or, have good network with people in Phu My Cai Mep port.
  Có kinh nghiệm làm việc hoặc có mạng lưới quan hệ làm việc tốt với những người tại cảng Phú Mỹ Cái Mép.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with logistics management software.
  Thành thạo Excel và quen thuộc với phần mềm quản lý logistics.
• Ability to work independently as well as good coordinating with offsite teams.
  Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như phối hợp tốt với các nhóm làm việc từ xa.
• Good communication skills and relationship with to work with vendor/buyer/surveyor.
  Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng xây dựng mối quan hệ để làm việc với nhà cung cấp/người mua/giám định viên.

Academics

•  University graduated with major in Business administration/Accounting/Foreign Trade or equivalent.
  Tốt nghiệp đại học với chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh/Kế toán/Thương mại quốc tế hoặc tương đương.

Languages:

• Effective command of spoken and written English to work with foreigners & English speakers is an advantage.
  Sử dụng tiếng Anh nói và viết hiệu quả để làm việc với người nước ngoài và những người nói tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
