Recruitment:

  • Explore best practices in the market of talent sourcing channels for the fulfillment of talent needs of the organization
  • Own and drive the intake meeting, interview team kick-off, & debrief process for candidates
  • Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal and offer management
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
  • Create and monitor SLA and reporting related recruitment process
  • Manage innovative programs and events of recruiting programs, job fairs, campus hiring to fulfill organizational needs

 

Organization & Development:

  • Assist in organization analysis and changes
  • Collaboration with internal HR in managing Performance improvement program for Employee
  • Collaboration with internal HR and head of departments for development programs
  • Drive more utilization of eLearning programs
