  • Operate blow molding machines to produce jerrycans and drums according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Set up and adjust machines, including molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of blow molding equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Record production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Always follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols.
  • D3 graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience operating jerrycan 20/25-liter or drum 220L blow molding machines, or high school graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of blow molding processes, machinery, and materials, with proficiency in operating blow molding machines and related equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve production goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
