Assitant Operator Boiler

Tanggung jawab terhadap operasional

• Berkoordinasi dengan supervisor power plant untuk semua kegiatan operasional di boiler.
• Mengunakan APD yang sudah di tentukan.
• Menjalankan coal fired boiler sesuai dengan SOP.
• Membuat dan mengisi laporan harian kegiatan di boiler.
• Menjaga kebersihan lingkungan Boiler.
• Mengisi logsheet dengan benar dan konsisten.
• Memastikan setiap peralatan di boiler berjalan normal
• Mencatat pemakaian air, bahan kimia dan batu bara di Boiler.
• Memastikan parameter air boiler sesuai dengan standard yang ditetapkan.
• Melakukan inspeksi terhadap peralatan diboiler.
• Melakukan kegiatan kebersihan.
• Melakukan pengisian batu bara.
• Melakukan pengambilan sample air di boiler.

Tanggung Jawab terhadap Aspek Lingkungan

• Mengikuti dan melaksanakan Kebijakan Keselamatan, Kesehatan dan Lingkungan (K3L).
• Melaporkan setiap kondisi dan tindakan yang berpotensi menyebabakan Bahaya dan Resiko terhadap lingkungan di area utility & power plant.
• Memastikan penanganan limbah hasil produksi (FABA) tertangani dengan baik dan tidak ada limbah serta batu bara yang tercecer di area produksi utility.
• Memastikan tidak ada tumpahan atau ceceran chemical setelah pengisian dilakukan.
• Mengecek sekeliling area utility & power plant untuk tidak ada ceceran batu bara dari transfer yang dilakukan warehouse team.
• Mengecek parit dan fat trap tidak ada ceceran batu bara dan tumpukan lumpur, mengutip dan memasukkan ke solid waste TPS B3.
• Memastikan area kerja selalu bersih dan rapi.
