  • Regularly inspect and analyze incoming materials, molding, packaging, and food additives to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Ensure all food additives comply with specified standards.
  • Manage the availability of ingredients and other materials.
  • Add ingredients to the oil blending process.
  • Oversee and inspect the molding process.
  • Oversee and inspect the filling process.
  • Oversee and inspect the stuffing and loading process.
  • Ensure the blending tank is cleaned properly with each product or specification change.
  • Work closely with molding, packaging, logistics, and quality personnel.
  • Minimum of S1/D3 in Chemistry.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.

  • Thorough in supervising and inspecting product quality, including jerrycan, drum, carton, and plastic pouch quality.

  • Understanding and knowledge of managerial packaging systems.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams, setting a positive example and providing guidance to achieve production goals.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and facilitate effective collaboration among team members and with other departments.

  • Understanding and knowledge of existing company systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, Kosher, and Halal.

  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures to improve production efficiency.

  • Efficiently managing time and resources to meet production schedules and deadlines.

  • Skill in fostering a cohesive and productive team, encouraging a harmonious work environment, and optimizing teamwork.

  • Proficient in using computers.

  • Able to speak English at least passively.
