We look for:

Candidates with bachelor´s degree in the field of operations/logistics/international trade.

5+ years’ experience as international trade operations/logistics/execution analyst in Agri-trading companies. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Deep knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA, ANEC and NAEGA governing contracts.

Demonstrated experience with shipping documents and negotiation (CAD/LC).

Understanding of laytime calculations & charter party terms.

Ability to organize multiple responsibilities, prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Target position:

The analyst will assume the responsibility of the Grains & Oilseeds international trade execution activities for different origins.

Must perform full execution of contracts, ensuring shipments are carried out in accordance with the contractual terms, reducing the operational risk involved and maximizing the results.

Review purchase and sales contract to ensure clauses match with Traders confirmation and are fully executable.

Follow up on freight bookings and vessel tracking, sending/receiving vessel nominations, shipping and document instructions, tenders, shipping documents revision and negotiation as per contract terms.

Contract pricing, Invoice of goods and associated costs, follow up on payments and collections.

Keep front office systems updated with accurate data.

Letters of credit revision and amendment follow up, to ensure LC is operative in accordance with contractual terms.

Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers and suppliers providing prompt and accurate response to their requests.

Liaise with traders on open positions, vessels’ loading, and other issues concerning trading risks.
