We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to lead solutions for our Derivatives and Hedging program. This role focuses on interpreting complex regulatory frameworks (such as EMIR, MiFID, FinFRAG, and MAS) into actionable technical requirements for processes, systems, and reporting. The candidate will manage and coordinate analysis efforts, oversee junior resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs. Expertise in Risk Management, Derivatives Systems, and Market Operations is essential, along with strong leadership and change management skills to drive solutions delivery in a dynamic global environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor IT projects related to Derivatives from initiation to closure, incl. risk mitigation and sharing updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the definition of organization structure by recommending reporting lines and roles and responsibilities and identifying interfaces with other teams to align with the structure of the broader technical function and corporate organization principles.
  • Lead change initiatives and implement best practices in change management to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders and building a close and trusted relationship that meets their needs/issues/concerns
  • Co-work with business and IT colleagues to develop the tactical and strategic plans for optimizing process, resources and assets
  • Provide formal and informal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfil personal potential.
  • Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures within the regulatory and derivatives area
  • Work closely with risk management teams to ensure alignment with company standards. 
  • Degree in Information Technology preferred; Business, Finance, or related field or Equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in IT Process and Analysis, preferably in the Derivatives and Commodities trading sector.
  • Mandatory: strong understanding of Risks, Derivatives systems, Commodities Trading and Derivatives Markets.
  • Required: In-depth knowledge of European, Swiss, and Singapore regulations or component of with the proven skills to extend to other regulatory regions

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc):

  • Proven experience in change management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a global and challenging environment.
  • Knowledge on SQL is appreciated.
  • Fluency in English
