Project phase :
Ensure spending is align to budget, monitoring progress as per project’s timeline, validate and challenge on the ‘Why’ for each purchase, ensure SOP is followed throughout the course.
Operational phase :
To ensure factory adhere to financial legal requirements and standard accounting practices. Manage the factory budgets, monitor, and report variances. Ensuring internal control is in place and factory assets are safeguarded and drive continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate compliance with defined policies (SOP) throughout LDC Indonesia (Lampung Site).
- Monitor actual spending to be align with budget – provide analysis for discrepancies in monthly basis.
- Monitor project’s progress in term of spending & timeliness.
- Drive annual budget’s process and cost saving.
- Verify & validate business’ transactions.

- Project’s management.
- Standard accounting & cost accounting.
- Microsoft office, especially in excel & power point.
- Listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at all levels.
