  • Oversee the distribution of edible oil products in the market, ensuring effective reach.
  • Manage both primary and secondary booking to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
  • Supervise Sales Officers and ensure DSM follow-ups for product availability.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Ensure timely settlement of claims in accordance with company agreements.
  • Track competition activities and report findings to the Head Office for strategic insights.
  • Create brand awareness for "Vibhor" through trade and retail engagement.
  • Add new distributors to expand the market reach and distribution network.
  • Ensure receivables are collected on time, following company credit policies.
  • Oversee product placement at the retail level to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Facilitate stock liquidation processes for distributors to avoid excess inventory.
  • Implement retail schemes to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in generating primary sales by securing orders from distributors.
  • Encourage new product trials through promotional strategies and customer engagement.
  •  MBA
  • 10-12 Years of experience in edible oil industry.
  • Extremely good marketing skills.
  • Clear communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel.

Experience
