根据客户要求和公司业务需求，在实验室完成相关产品的样品制作&开发，测试对比，以及各种实验分析报告等，为商务团队提供产品整体技术方案。

Main accountabilities:
- 能够根据客户需求，结合公司原辅料和实验室资源，能够在实验室完成客户所需的产品制作。（包括但不限于烘焙、巧克力、糖果、固体饮料以及其他类型产品。）
- 能够根据客户和公司商务团队需要，在实验室完成公司原辅料在各类产品应用中的产品制作，原辅料对比验证以及相关的相关测试分析报告；
- 能够根据公司战略和业务发展需要，能主动开发新产品的应用和相关测试验证工作，并完成相应的实验报告和对应的技术资料；
- 能够熟练操作实验室的各类设备，工器具和检测仪器等，并能确保设备仪器的正常运行和日常维护保养；负责应用实验室的日常管理和卫生工作。
Experience
| Experience |
- Knowledge and Experience:
- 大学本科或以上学历；食品科学或相关类专业；
- 有3-5年以上较丰富的烘焙类产品实操经验和产品开发项目，对于原辅料、产品配方和工艺等较深的理解；有糖果，巧克力，饮料等其他产品经验更佳；
- 能熟练使用各类烘焙、巧克力等设备和各种分析设备（质构仪、流变仪以及黏度、液相等各种分析仪器）
- 有较强的动手能力，主动积极的学习态度，较好的逻辑思维能力和产品创新能力。
