全面负责公司行政、后勤的日常事务管理,做好行政部与其他部门间的协调工作,配合各部门做好各项服务工作。负责政府事务的联络沟通。全面负责行政部人员的日常管理工作,合理分工,做到各尽其能。协助总经理完成一些工厂事务的协调及沟通,组织及记录各类会议等工作。In charge of all daily admin management for the whole company, maintains good coordination between admin and all other departments and provides related service to them. Be responsible for the liaison with government office. In charge of the management for admin staff and daily job assignments, ensure proper management. Assist GM to complete coordination and communication in plant, organize and record weekly and monthly meetings etc.

1.贯彻和执行工厂环境,健康,安全程序和食品安全程序。 Implement and execute Environment, Health, security process ,and food security process of Plant

2. 履行设备设施管理责任,提供高质量、及时、周到的服务以符合公司业务需求,包括但不限于工厂、办公室基础设施和固定资产、设备的管理和维护。 Facility Management, delivering high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services to support the company business needs by manage office facilities including but not limited to the management and maintenance of office/plant infrastructure、fixed assets and equipment.

3. 依据公司指导原则和标准管理办公室行政事务,确保客户满意度。相关行政事务包括但不限于客户拜访、差旅、班车、宿舍、食堂、公司车辆、办公文具和快递、保安、清洁等。Managing the office administration related work as per company guidelines/standards to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to customer visits, travel management, shuttle bus, dorm management, canteen management, company car management, Office stationary and courier, Security guard, Cleaning service, etc.

4. 主导并履行政府联络,负责公司所有证照的管理,包括保管、登记、更新、年审,以及政府事务。Playing a leading role to liaise with local government. In change of the keeping, registration, renewal and annual inspection for all company certificates and licenses, handle government issues & government communication.

5. 监督及控制行政相关费用,确保费用控制在预算范围内和成本节约等。Supervising all of admin related expense and control actual expense within budget and cost saving, etc.

6.负责员工生日会、拓展、年会等公司大型活动的行政后勤工作。 In charge of admin work for company activities e.g. Birthday party, TB, annual dinner, etc.

7. 安排公司来访客人的接待、酒店预定、车辆接送以及其它必要的后勤工作。Arrange reception for guest, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement and other related admin arrangement if need to.

8.安排保洁人员按照规定要求清洁各行政区域,定期检查及监督各区域卫生情况,使之符合公司卫生管理要求。 Arrange cleaners to do cleaning job for admin area every day according to our requirement and checking the sanitation timely to ensure all meet our housekeeping requirement.

9.负责公司的安保管理工作,以确保公司财产的安全。 In charge of security management for the whole company and ensure the safety of the plant properties.

10. 协助总经理完成一些工厂事务的协调及沟通,组织及记录各类会议等工作。Assist GM to complete coordination and communication in plant, organize and record weekly and monthly meetings etc.

11.认真完成上级交办的其它临时性任务和工作。Finish all others temporary work assigned by manager.

 

 

本科以上学历,行政管理类或管理类专业,具有行政管理、企业管理、后勤管理等相关专业知识Bachelor above educational background, Administration or management subject. possess Admin management ,business administration , Logistics knowledge

 

八年以上工厂行政管理经验,有大、中型企业或外资企业工作经验者优先Eight years plant administration management experience, in the foreign company is better

    职位要求
