- Develop and implement operational performance monitoring standards following global standards.
- Develop and implement tools, processes, and procedures for measuring and monitoring the production process to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage the implementation and updating of the pillars of LDC Industry Management System.
- Manage continuous improvement projects as: 5S, lean manufacturing, Operational efficiency, Quality and others.
- Develop and disseminate standardized operational KPIs to the Board, consolidating the results of all LDC coffee warehouses, as well as managing and implementing efficiency indicators according to Balance Score Card.
- Research, develop and implement innovation projects to improve the way of working within the industrial operations.
- Support in CAPEX request process and follow up for Asset Improvement, Maintenance and SHE projects.
- Manage the modifications of equipment and production areas as well as strategic and / or legal projects.
- Participate on Budget and support on data analysis to monitor Industrial OPEX.
- Support with tools to planning and performance of large proactive and reactive maintenance on productive equipment.
- Ensure that best practices are applied and correctly used in order to increase production availability, reducing costs and extending the useful life of the assets.
- Manage cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams in the analysis of chronic problems that affect the company's results, identifying the cause of the problems and acting in the actions to mitigate or extinguish them.
- Train other employees to use the solutions proposed by the projects developed by the continuous improvement area.
- Manage employees and projects developed by the area of continuous improvement. Develop succession and backup plan for the area.
- Work in collaboration with CI team from LATAM to ensure global integration.
- Comply with the company's Quality and SHE Policy;
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs);
- Comply with the Glass and Rigid Plastics Policy;
- Perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Comply with requirements affecting traceability.
Experience
Experience |
- Above 3 years (in function);
- Have experience working and managing projects in a cross-cultural environment;
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, BI tools, Project Management Software, Innovation program and data analysis;
- Good at leadership and communication;
- Knowledge on lean manufacturing, Industrial Management systems, Food safety.
- Advanced in English
