1. Be responsible for reviewing end to end process and identifying opportunities to streamline operations across functions, increase cost efficiency and productivity. This is role that requires a strategic mindset, hands-on operational experience, a good understanding of what IT systems can achieve, and the ability to drive change and innovation within the organization.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyse data/ trends and turn them into insights and actions.
3. Attention to detail to ensure that we capture relevant information and identify all possible opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, logistics, quality, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
6. Support the Business Process Owner to define Business processes and solution roadmap
7. Collaborate with /Support Business teams to identify, develop and execute continuous improvement and digital opportunities
8. Other work arranged by the superior leadership.
Experience
Experience |
1.Bachelor degree or above in business, engineering or related fields.
2.5-10 years of experience in process improvement and project management with an ability to effectively
communicate and lead cross-functional teams.
3.Demonstrate the expertise in process improvement methodologies, lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
4.Skilled at data analysis methods, and process architecture design experience.
5.Good communication and teamwork ability.
6.Mandarin and English.
7.General office software operation.
