Main duties & Responsibilities
Effectively managing complete plant & coffee warehouse as per the LDC Industry standards for Operations, Maintenance and production procedures, Warehousing, Production planning & inventory control. Responsible for managing the external warehouses, regarding storage, processing, SHE, following the LDC SOPs. Plan production, prioritizing demands, in order to meet the needs of internal customers; Guide the production team, closely monitoring the activities, in order to make the operation efficient; Ensure quality in the services provided in the operations, avoiding rework; Develop new ways of working, observing opportunities for improvements in the production process; Evaluate the team's performance, through constant monitoring, correcting deviations and providing feedback whenever necessary; Participate in the preparation of the Budget and monitor the evolution of the budgeted x realized; Carry out any activities in such a way as to encourage correct attitudes and practices, being concerned as much as possible with the safety and health of people, as well as with the environment; Actively participate in SHE programs, such as audits and inspections, and seek to build a work environment free of accidents and injuries. Manage SHE issues like any other critical business activity, with the mindset of continuous performance improvement; Provide adequate training to employees, creating a culture of excellence in SHE; Perform other activities inherent to the position at the request of the immediate superior. Define and communicate the roles and responsibilities of personnel under his/her responsibility in relation to the Food Safety Management System. Monitor corrective actions arising from incident or risk notifications, audits, inspections by control bodies, customer complaints, etc. Check the closing of the actions. Ensure investigations and analysis of the cause of incidents and non-conformities occurring in your area. Ensure that personnel under their responsibility comply with the provisions of the emergency plan, participate in simulations, and know their duties. Ensure compliance with and maintenance of good hygiene practices in the area under its responsibility. Perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsible for implementing and planning CAPEX projects, including AI, maintenance, and SHE.
QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM THE JOB

Skills & competencies /Specific knowledge/ Abilities (including any physical demands):
- Strong working knowledge coffee processes & Warehousing.
- Should be aware about basic Coffee quality requirement
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in coffee Industry.
- Good in business Communication & Presentation
- Strong MS Office especially MS Excel & PPT’s
- Very good in Project management.
- Good Team Player & Team Leader
Minimum years of experience & CTC: 5 years in Coffee
Reporting Line: Senior Manager Operations
Education: – Graduate Engineer or equivalent
