The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process in Western Europe (France, Switzerland, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Italy, UK and Germany).

In your role you will be responsible for attracting and selecting talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely together with a colleague from the same hub located in Eastern Europe. Hiring needs are divided amongst them according to specific job domains.

Reporting to the EMEA Talent acquisition Manager, your missions will be :

  • Identifying hiring needs by maintaining a close connection with both the Talent Acquisition Manager and the hiring managers
  • Responsible for the intake of the vacancy with the Hiring manager
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to develop attractive vacancies and post them on the various job boards
  • Defining effective and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Building talent pipelines in your specific job domains
  • Activating the internal talent market (internal mobility)
  • Following-up on employee referrals
  • Selecting candidates: cv screenings, phone screenings, in-depth interviews, assessments
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Providing regular status updates and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers
  • Preparing and providing the offer to the candidates
  • Keeping track of the target hire date schedule
  • Inform the Talent Acquisition Manager of schedule changes
  • Responsible for proactive communication with hiring managers to ensure that hiring starts on time in line with target hiring dates considering notice period and time for final candidate identification applicable for a country / countries.

Required experience

  • MA/BA in social sciences, economics or other HR-related fields
  • Full-cycle (international) recruitment experience, including strong interviewing skills
  • Experience with talent sourcing
  • Experience with LinkedIn-recruiter is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases (preferably SmartRecruiters)
  • Full proficiency in English, French and/or Spanish strongly desired.
