  • Manage, organize, and control activities related to daily inventory management across LDC palm oil assets, including inbound/outbound and production planning to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategy.
  • Provide meaningful insights by collecting and analyze data related to operations, including inventory levels, asset utilization, production performance and cost breakdown.
  • Identify patterns, trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management.
  • Utilize data modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills to create models, charts and simulations that effectively communicate complex data sets into a simple story.
  • Apply profit-minded mindset into all analysis and decision-making by evaluating commercial opportunities and identifying cost impact that contribute overall business profitability.
  • Conduct and lead various meetings, including industrial and commercial teams to align objectives and processes.
  1. Bachelor's degree related to Business Management / Supply Chain / Engineering
  2. Fluent in English, both oral and written, is required.
  3. Minimum working experience of 2 years as supply chain analyst, palm oil sector is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, including various MS Office applications.
  5. Strong data analytical experience, including large data sets and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Entrepreneurial personality with an opportunity-driven mindset.
