Daily Tasks
- Track and record Sales revenues to ensure that sales invoices are issued timely & correctly.
- Assist in verifying purchase payment confirmations, ensuring purchasing invoices are correctly entered into the system.
- Prepare bank payment orders and update into the accounting system.
- Reconcile & record bank transactions, including credit notes, debit notes, loans, FX deals…
- Monitor and record travel expense claims.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Month-end Tasks
- Analyze the monthly expenses and perform necessary accrual transactions to ensure incurred costs/expenses during the month fully captured.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts according to reconciliation schedule set.
Experience
Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Good in English.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
