The ‘Global Reward Partner, Senior Manager’ leads the design, the analysis of business needs and implementation of new innovative and scalable Total Rewards initiatives & programs that enable the attraction and retention of top talent.

As part of the HR Reward Center of Expertise (COE) team you will work closely with the Global Head of Reward, HRIS & Analytics and the Global C&B program teams. This role requires someone who can operate at a proactive strategic level but is also happy to operate in a hands-on capacity mainly leading new reward initiatives.

The role has a strategic focus, designing new initiatives and shaping the overall reward strategy of the organization.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding new Reward and Employee experience wide projects into our Reward Portfolio to support the strategic priorities of the business. You will act as a critical partner, directly collaborating with the Global Head of Reward, providing a proactive reward service, SME advice and solutions which support the achievement of business goals for our Group.

As the Global Reward Partner Senior manager, your role will involve designing and implementing new strategic reward initiatives for our organization. Work collaboratively with the Global Head of Reward, the Reward team, wider HR and business leaders to develop and implement reward strategy and solutions across the LDC group.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Alignment: You would work closely with the Global Head of Reward to understand the strategic businesses objectives and ensure they align with the organization's overall reward strategy. This involves reviewing the Reward COE's initiatives, projects, and priorities to ensure they support the desired outcomes and goals of the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: You would assess the current reward programs and policies and identify areas for improvement, supporting the ongoing evolution of our remuneration framework. Based on the organization's goals and market trends, you would design and propose new reward initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate employees effectively.
  • Plays an active role in new innovative Reward projects as PMO and takes the lead on Reward matters in business change projects including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Be able to prioritize multiple demands and business needs and connect related projects, policies and systems.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of reward trends and topics through data analysis, understanding the impact they could have on our business and proactively addressing these.
  • Support the Global Head of Reward in the annual reward cycles including: salary benchmarking, grading, benefits management, flexible benefits renewal and annual compensation events such as the bonus and salary review for senior executives and recommendations.
  • Deliver a thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements and developments on remuneration matters, conducting research as appropriate and providing timely advice to the Head of Global Reward and the HR Business Partners to support in compliance and decision making.

By monitoring the roadmap of the Reward COE, you play a crucial role in ensuring that the COE's initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives and contribute to the overall success of the reward function.

  • Masters degree required in Human Resources, Finance or Labor Law
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards
  • Expert technical knowledge of international reward combined with knowledge of HR policy best practice, across multiple geographies
  • Experience designing and building Reward programs, job architecture, pay models and benchmarking approaches.
  • Client centricity, proactivity to assess the project goals and deadlines with a continuous improvement mindset and champion new initiatives.
  • Experience of handling multiple projects and requests simultaneously
  • Proven strategic focus with ability to translate into practical implementation and adherence to deadlines
  • A highly metrics-focused orientation that can effectively communicate technically complex information
  • Advanced computer skills, combined with tech and digitalization affinity
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced, frequently changing, and leanly staffed environment.
