HRBP will provide support to the Global HR Business Partner for functions in enhancing operations and effectiveness across a broad variety of HR processes. This role will help prepare, track and monitor work across all activities and initiatives with regular interaction with business. Additionally, this role will work in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence and Regions across HR team to help effectively manage the rollout of global initiatives.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage/oversee HR Cycle processes for the Function unit(s) in strong coordination with Global HRBP; 
  • Coordinates with HR Operations and CoE to monitor the delivery of recurring global HR processes for the HRBP’s Functions, including but not limited to, talent acquisition and open positions management, talent development, training, performance assessment, and compensation; 
  • Collaborates with the HR Operations and CoE to monitor data integrity and ensure transversal alignment of all HR data for the respective scope; 
  • Work autonomously, supporting the Corporate HRBP in preparing, tracking, and monitoring work across all HR processes and initiatives; 
  • Prepare reporting and maintain a dashboard of the main KPIs, prepare materials, and source data for the HRBP to support the business objectives; 
  • Actively participate in HR projects for the Functions and propose and design HR initiatives based on HR data (turnover, internal moves, engagement, etc.); 
  • Support Org Design and Org Structure changes. 
     

• Knowledge of HR main processes especially Talent Management & Rewards/Compensation;
• Experience in preparing presentations/reports for senior managers;
• Experience coordinating projects/HR actions; 

• Experience in supporting org design and changes; 
• Experience in data analysis, HR analytics; 
• Significant experience with cross-functional and cross-country collaboration; 
• Tech-savvy. Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced PowerPoint and Excel, HRIS (Workday), Power BI; 

•  English fluent; 

•  Bachelor's degree in business management or HR or any related field. Master’s degree a plus;

Job Description
