  • Reconciliation of Futures & Options trades between Atlas (ETRM system) & Term (FCM) reports.
  • Import Futures & Option trades into ETRM system and send price fixation confirmations.
  • Cross checking Robusta regulatory reporting before submitting to Exchange(LGTR)
  • Managing and reporting the daily P&L for Global Cash Accounts and Proprietary Accounts.
  • Generating and submitting Daily and Weekly Open Interest (OI) reports.
  • Weekly Origin Selling & COT reports to be prepared and delivered to management.
  • Updating the payments in SAP Fiori system relating to Daily Margins, Broker Coffee purchase, freight, and warehouse rental, etc.,
  • Commission calculations on Daily & Monthly basis for Futures & Options.
  • Participating in designated training programs to gain technical skills and knowledge required for their job function. 
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies regarding data privacy, ethics, and safety procedures. 
  • Bachelor's in accounting, Commerce / Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in Derivatives/ Investment Banking/ Contract Management/ Commodity/ Finance & Accounting firms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts (including night shift)

Job Description

Experience
