Your future challenge:

We want to welcome you as our new EMEA Compensation Specialist within LDC. You will work with 25 countries, EMEA scope.

 

Your future missions:

  • Grading: support the global project on Job architecture by evaluating new job profiles during the deployment phase; determine the correct grading for new positions, ensuring consistency within EMEA region and support the global grading governance
  • Market data: submit, analyze and evaluate market data for EMEA countries in order to run the annual review of pay structure; analyze industry regularly and market trends to maintain competitive compensation practices; conduct market data research when necessary to support decision making process during recruitment or budgeting process
  • Compensation process: support process improvements as and when required; contribute to the global planning of the annual compensation activities and support the regional CoE in the operational deployment of the annual compensation process; actively participate in the preparation phase of the annual compensation process within EMEA region
  • Pay Equity and Transparency: participate in the pay equity project to ensure compensation practices adhere to current legislation and act as support to regional teams on the topic; run analysis on pay equity as and when necessary; contribute to the development and implementation of the Pay Transparency within the organization, in alignment with the regional specificities and requirement
  • Other activities in EMEA region such as supporting the mobility process within the region ensuring alignment with global policy
  • Advising, and when necessary, train and support, HR team members on compensation and benefit topics

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in economics/ Management/HR
  • 5+ years experience in a Compensation environment or as a Compensation Consultant
  • Previous experience in trading industry
  • Knowledge and experience of compensation practices and disciplines, inclusive of utilizing salary survey information to conduct and provide detailed analysis of functional, market and industry relevant compensations structure
  • Exposure to grading and compensation structuring, ideally within a large multinational
  • Project management skills, rolling out global initiatives
  • Cross functional and cross-country collaboration
  • Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel are mandatory
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory
