1、熟练掌握精炼工段的操作技能，严格按精炼工段作业指导书要求进行开、停机及正常生产操作,保证精炼工段的安全运行；
2、根据原料油的检验数据，及时调节原料进油油温、碱炼酸和碱添加、离心机操作程序、脱色过滤机及真空系统操作程序、出油油温等相关工艺参数，控制精炼工段的损耗在合理的范围内；
3、负责精炼中控对车间设备运行操作，对各工序设备参数监控和记录，有异常情况汇报值班调度和进行调整； 关注生产过程、产品、副产品质量指标，超出公司内控指标数据汇报值班调度和进行调整；
4、按照使用说明书对离心机、制冷机、高压锅炉、板式换热器、泵等设备进行规范操作，按时巡视所辖工段的设备运行情况，执行设备维护保养 制度，严禁违章操作；
5、负责划分区域的现场卫生，保证本岗的卫生清洁；执行值班长安排完成每班日报表以及月底盘点报表
6、按照安全作业程序，负责脱色白土过滤机滤板的更换工作；必要时根据值班长安排协助其它岗位工作或服从轮岗安排
7、认真填写当班记录表和值班长日报表，保证精炼全部的数据准确、真实、清楚；
8、熟悉公司的各项规章制度并认真贯彻执行；协助管理车间内承包商安全；现场SHE监护，完成STOP观察卡及幸免事故报告；确保遵守食品安全、环境规章制度；
9、加强班组内、班组间同事之间的沟通交流，发挥团队协作精神；
10、完成值班长交办的其他工作
