  • To prepare and share Monthly Salary Inputs with payroll consultants for permanent and third party contractual employees, verify final output sheet & ensure timely payments;
  • To manage F&F settlement of direct employees and third party contractual employees;
  • To manage and update Leave & Attendance Database on regular intervals apart from the Actuarial, Leave Audit, Encashment exercise etc;
  • To coordinate with PAN India Branch offices and Assets of LDC for all HR related activities for maintaining permanent employees' / third party employees’- payrolls, reimbursements etc;
  • To provide remote HR support to permanent employees / TPP in other locations ;
  • To maintain personal file of employees and regularly update database ;
  • Support to manage annual bonus / increment exercise of PE / TPP;
  • To manage Payroll related compliance activities like PF withdrawal, transfers, SAF & NPS payments etc;
  • Holds decent knowledge of Statutory compliances under S&E (Compliances related to Monthly/Annually/etc.)
  • To manage Insurance cashless / reimbursement claims ;
  • Maintaining various MIS related to employee details
  • Basic knowledge of managing car lease contracts;
  • To look after renewal & payments of contract agreements / service agreements ;
  • Hands-on practise to work on HR Database like Workday ;
  • Processing payments/reimbursements adhering to internal HR policies and procedures
  • To manage Onboarding, lifecycle updates & other activities related to HR

Job Description
