Within the Execution Processes & System Optimization team, participate in the evolution and deployment of the Trading system (here-in-after called “Atlas v2”) core model for the NLT region. The BPO is the gate keeper of the Atlas v2 & Execution Target Operating Model, point of contact for all local business partners' questions regarding Execution processes & its related Atlas functionalities as well as for all global project team’s questions regarding local business requirements.

Participate in the evolution of the Atlas v2 core model for Domestic Execution (NLT)

  • Build an Atlas v2 Core model with standardized Domestic business features and minimum local specifics for the stream of Transportation/Chartering.
  • Understand & validate local business requirements, pain points and end to end As Is processes
  • Explain Atlas v2 core model to local teams
  • Identify & validate gaps (MVP and Non-MVP) and elaborate solutions in collaboration with the global team
  • Participate in the end to end To Be process design in collaboration with EPSOs and FPSOs of other streams for all products of the Transportation/Chartering scope
  • Work with business analysts (BA) to specify the requirements, review the Product Backlog items (PBI) incl priorities & acceptance criteria, created by BA's and propose improvements when needed
  • Set the test plan, assist in testing with BA’s, validate tests

Successfully deploy Atlas v2 for Domestic Execution (NLT)

  • Ensure that standard deployment activities are performed by BAs
  • Assist in UAT & Follow-up on any technical/functional issue during test
  • Participate in the data migration validation
  • Identify end users and communicate on new features & processes
  • Support BAs in cut-over activities and end user training
  • Support business during hypercare, conduct & monitor change mgt activities for system / process adoption
  • Follow-up on incidents
  • Review & Document any new requirement post go live

Coordinate global Atlas project teams and local SME's
Liaise with Global & Regional teams (Finance and Execution BPOs, PMs, BAs, Key users) to:

  • Prepare workshops / governance meetings
  • Ensure business requirement coverage by designed solution
  • Escalate risks & blocked decision points as soon as they arise
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form an action plan
  • Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role
  • Experienced in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse business units in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated planning expertise
  • Experience in Logistic area is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of the agri-business sector is a strong plus
