Our DT&A Front Office Team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Front Office Services line to be based in Sao Paulo or Santos, Brazil.
As part of a dynamic and agile team, you will act as change booster and lead business process transformation in the domain, working on our International Trade and Execution Front Office solution (ATLAS Grains & Oilseeds) and modernization of regional Front Office solutions.
These solutions are the cornerstone of our trading systems. Interlinking all our core business functions (Trading, Execution, Accounting, Treasury, Controlling), with a global presence spread all around the world, accessing the application 24/7.

What will be your mission?
Act as Senior Business Analyst
- Users support: Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, provide training and support to users. Liaise with network administrators, system analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
- Actively escalates issues to Service Manager and Software Developer Lead.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Actively participate in ATLAS Deployment/Rollout activities as per the project requirements.
- System Configuration, User trainings and hyper care support activities for Deployment/Rollout projects.
- Analyze, Clean-up and Migrate Master Data and Transactional data from Legacy to Target systems.
Oversee:
- Support: Part of the global Support team that is required to provide Support expertise on complex functional topics. Act as the escalation contact to regional Support teams within the same time-zone and liaise with them when required to resolve user reported functional issues.
- For issues requiring development changes, categorize them based on impact/urgency and re-assign to respective development teams, while at the same time identify suitable workarounds that can be done in the application to unblock users.
- Requirements Management: requirements gathering, understanding and documentation of business requirements.
- Functional and technical Specifications: Review and finalize functional specifications. Refine with Dev team.
- Testing: Provide guidance and support the regional and global business during the test campaigns.
- Process Improvement: Identification of process gaps and providing improvement plans to the Build and Run processes.
Experience
Experience |
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or computer science
- 5-7 (plus) years of strong technical or operational experience in financial or trading systems and a successful history of project plan completion
- Experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting enterprise business systems.
- Experience in participating in cross-functional project teams’ environment; ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role; ability to contribute to planning, organization and managing of project teams using a structured delivery methodology.
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment.
- International multi-cultural environment. Experience working in a global team spread across the world.
