  • Daily market Trade tracking and recording.
  • Report the daily closing position in the portfolio
  • Updating in system all trades, reporting etc.,
  • Coordination with Brokers for execution of physical trades
  • Coordination with Execution and accounts for trade related documentation.
  • Daily follow up with suppliers and brokers for execution of pending contracts
  • Responsible for all documents related to trade as per company policy
  • Finalization and settling of claims or delivery orders of particular counterparts
  • Assisting on cash flow projections by projecting receipts and payments
  • Position overview and supervision as a coordinating point person at the trading desk etc.
  • Graduate/Masters/  MBA
  • 3+ Years.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to relate well to people at all levels.
  • Good analytical, and Time Management Skills.
  • Capable of acting on own initiative.
  • Good Reporting Skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Committed approach to teamwork.
  • Resilience and adaptability to unforeseen work demands.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Able to manage change.
  • Well versed with basic computer tools (excel, word, PowerPoint) – Microsoft Office.
