The Automation Business Analyst is responsible for generating efficiency gains by leveraging automation techniques. The successful candidate will be a self-reliant with knowledge on Business analysis and automation and he/she is comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you work with operational teams to assess automation opportunities, design and implement some, to facilitate validation, communication and change management.
You educate Stakeholders on our the automation life cycle management framework
You assess automation opportunities: defining “as is” and “to be” process
You translate the functional requirements into Process Design Documents
You document the exact scope and variants to implement and estimate the efficiency gains
You design the automation solution (Solution Design Document)
You implement simple automations in autonomy and you delegate the most advanced implementation to our automation centers.
You prepare automation releases with Business and Application teams
You facilitate the communication and the acceptance/validation activities
You monitor the success rate automations in your scope and you propose improvements
Experience
Experience |
Minimum job experience of 3 year as Business Analyst
1 year developing in Power Platform or UiPath is a plus
Ability to understand business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
Experience and desire to work in a global environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities,
Demonstrated history of applying varied approaches to solve complex business support challenges of significance to the organization,
Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing using the English language.
Ability and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team.
Be able to work with interlocutors from all regions across the world.
Self-driven, customer focused and proactive.
Good learning agility and autonomy.
Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
