How Our Programs Work
Our graduates can choose to develop their skills and career within either a Trading Platform, an Industry or Logistics role, or in a Support Function.
Regardless of the choice of program, the objective is to accelerate the acquisition of key skills to take on progressively higher responsibilities. Our graduates are immersed in our business from day one, and we fast-track their learning through rotations in different areas of the business.
These rotations are designed to give graduates relevant hands-on experiences, as they work alongside committed colleagues, are exposed to diverse cultures and participate in a range of essential and exciting projects.
During their second year within the program, successful graduates finalize their rotations and move into a regular role, closely supported and monitored by their managers and HR until their fourth year with LDC.
They may then be offered new assignments and continue to receive guidance on long-term career choices.

Year by Year Breakdown
Rotations typically span 12 to 24 months, depending on the program, location and business context. During their first four years, graduates are supported by their managers and HR to ensure they develop in accordance with expectations and meet important milestones along the way.
